Animating isn't a talent? The fuck are you talking about? Like all forms of art, animating is a talent. Sure, it can be improved practice but you still have to have some amount of affinity to make any sort of progress. Some people just can't plain draw, so they would have an even harder time animating.
And your other comment, "Cleaning garbage isn't a talent, they still deserve payment." Cleaning garbage is a service that requires time and effort, which is why they are paid for it. Adding commentaries to videos doesn't really provide a service, or at least as much as posting a cheat or guide on a website. That, and anyone with a mouth can do it.
